Pregnant patients

Pregnant patients is the “who’s due” roster: every open pregnancy in your practice, soonest EDD first, so you can read the whole cohort as a list instead of hunting for chips on the calendar.

Open it from Pregnant patients on the Patients hover card in the sidebar, or the Pregnant patients tab on the Patients screen.

What’s on the roster

Each row is one open pregnancy — a birth record still Planned or In progress — so a patient with two open records appears twice. The columns are:

• Patient.
• EDD — the expected due date the list is sorted by.
• GA today — gestational age as of today, worked out from the EDD. It keeps counting past the due date (for example 41w 3d), which is the number to watch for an overdue patient.
• Primary provider and Prenatal site.
• Age.

You can turn on extra columns — Status, Birthdate, Record # and Notes — from the list toolbar, and narrow the roster by Primary provider, Prenatal site or Status.

The time window (Select time) narrows on the EDD, so a window shows the pregnancies due in that period. Two starter filters use it: Due this month and Due this year.

Search and empty state

Search is by name, the first few letters of one, or record number, the same as the main patient roster.

When nothing is due you’ll see No pregnancies due — “Open a birth record with an expected due date and it appears here.” A pregnancy joins this roster the moment a birth record with an EDD is opened for the patient.

Printing and exporting

The roster, the CSV / Excel / PDF downloads and the printed sheet are all one query, so they can never disagree about who is due. The downloads and Print list always cover the whole filtered roster, not just the rows you ticked. Ticking rows feeds only Print selected, the same as on the patient roster.
