Email preferences
Open Notifications from the account menu under your name to choose which emails BirthTracks sends you. The page separates the marketing emails you control from the account and service notices that are always sent.
Marketing emails you control
Section titled “Marketing emails you control”Two categories are yours to turn on or off. They are off unless you opt in, and a change saves as soon as you make it:
- Product announcements — new features, improvements and how-to tips.
- Beta invitations — invitations to try early features before they ship to everyone.
You can also unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in the message itself; the preferences page reflects that change the next time you open it.
Notices we always send
Section titled “Notices we always send”Some emails are part of having a BirthTracks account, so there is no switch for them:
- Billing & pricing notices — invoices, plan changes and price changes for your practice.
- Service & security notices — outages, scheduled maintenance, security and Terms of Service updates.
These are shown on the page marked Always on so you can see exactly what they cover. Everything BirthTracks sends is also listed on the in-app Notices page, which every service notice links back to — follow the Notices link on the Notifications page to open it.
